The Africa Digital Policy Institute ran multiple capacity-building programmes — including the Africa Data Protection Course and CIPP/E certification training — but lacked a unified platform to host course content, track participant enrolment and progress, deliver structured learning modules, manage certification workflows, and coordinate instructor-led training sessions across different programme formats.

Designed a platform architecture supporting course management with modular content structures, participant enrolment and progress tracking across multiple concurrent programmes, content delivery for self-paced and instructor-led formats, and certification workflow management. Supported operational delivery of data protection training programmes with participant analytics and completion tracking.
