The method

Every stakeholder is mapped before anything is built.

Each project starts by mapping everyone the platform will touch: the client, the people who will use it every day, regulators, partners and the wider community. The method comes from the Afrilabs programme “Leveraging Stakeholder Relationships through Ecosystem Mapping and Building” in Addis Ababa.

The platform is then designed so each of those groups has a clear reason to use it and a clear benefit from it. That is what turns a website into a working system inside its real context. Modern AI-assisted tools keep delivery fast without cutting corners.
