The Africa Digital Policy Institute needed a virtual learning facility for cross-continental AI-policy capacity building between Europe and Africa, requiring an interface accessible across widely varying bandwidth conditions, intuitive navigation for non-technical policy professionals unfamiliar with LMS platforms, structured course content delivery with participant progress tracking, and certification workflows for programmes like CIPP/E training.

Contributed UI/UX design for the virtual learning interface, focusing on responsive layouts optimised for low-bandwidth environments, intuitive content navigation structured around policy modules, participant onboarding flows, course progress indicators, and certification completion pathways. The interface prioritised accessibility for non-technical policy professionals across both European and African connectivity contexts.
